Awarded Publications
Each year, Prague University of Economics and Business announces the Rector’s Awards for prestigious publications in the following categories:
- Rector’s Award for a Prestigious Publication – Book Publication
- Rector’s Award for an Article
- Rector’s Award for Doctoral Students’ Scientific Publication Activity
- Rector’s Award for Social Impact of Applied and Contract Research
The award is given for publications that not only enhance the prestige and significance of the Prague University of Economics and Business but also significantly contribute to the development of specific research topics. Nominations for the awards are submitted by individual departments and are subsequently reviewed by the committee of Vice-Deans for Science and Research. The final decision on the awards is made by the Rector, who approves the submitted proposals.
