Doctoral study programmes

Prague University of Economics and Business offers 9 study programmes held in the English language. All of them have full-time and part-time mode, the available places in each mode depends on the decision of faculty.

All the doctoral study programmes have standard duration of 4 years, maximum possible duration is 5 years, which does not include possible interruption of studies which can last up to two years.

Tuition fee for the studies in a doctoral programme carried out in the English language is € 500 per year.

How to apply:

  1. Choose a research topic.

  2. Contact a potential supervisor – let them know which topic would you like to focus on, how do you want to approach it, or send them a draft of your research proposal, if you’ve already started working on it.

  3. Fill in the application form, attach all the required documents and pay the application fee.

  4. Prepare for the entrance examination.
